You're Not Stuck You're In A Season Of Becoming (Finding Clarity When Life Feels Misaligned)

When You Feel Stuck In Life Or Business

If you're feeling stuck in life, overwhelmed in your business, or questioning your direction, you may be in a season of becoming. This phase often brings misalignment, overthinking, and confusion before clarity arrives. In this blog I share my personal experience of moving from forced strategy to intuitive alignment, and how this shift helped me reconnect with my authentic expression and purpose.

Lately I've been feeling like banging my head against the wall when it comes to my business. Not because it's not working, but because I am in my own season of becoming.

What that means in real life? trying to apply unaligned external strategies with very little “success” is just draining my life force energy and isn't helping my business goals, and it slowly but surely pulls me into misalignment.

Here's what I've learnt over the past few weeks.

Becoming doesn't mean you're failing at the thing you love the most, it simply means that you've outgrown the version of you that was maintaining it. It doesn't mean we have to burn it all down and start again, sometimes it’s the smallest shift in perspective that truly opens you up.

When I reflect on my business journey of where I started and where I am now it's crazy how many versions of me and my business have changed since I started almost one year ago.

My success is down to my ability to pivot and change when things no longer feel aligned rather than forcing my way through for a desired outcome.

Misalignment In Business And Life Direction

Recently I have felt so flat in my outward expression largely because I was doing what almost everyone else does in terms of trying to grow my social media presence.

I found my words were completely stripped back and I was reduced to the value of a single hook. When it did its job it was amazing but when it didn't, which was more often than not in my case, I felt like a failure.

I drifted into misalignment obsessing over my views and trying to micro manage the shit out of it.

I'm actually innocence motivation which means when I'm in alignment I have a natural desire to detach from the outcome and don't obsess in that way.

What this stint of misalignment has taught me has been the most valuable yet. It’s given me my brand identity and creativity.

The Moment Clarity Replaced Overthinking

I started consuming content from other creators until one literally stopped the scroll. Not because she had a fancy hook, but because her energetic language and outward expression was a beautiful articulation of who she was.

She was clear, precise and her content didn't feel meaningless. It was created in a way that was dynamic to watch and made me feel something.

This was a first for me and I couldn't ignore what I was drawn to. There was something about her content that truly deeply spoke to me in a way I had never experienced before.

In that single moment I said to myself this is what I want for my content. I want people who enter my world to feel seen, connected and grounded by my content. I want it to have purpose beyond growth.

Alignment Cracked Open My Creativity

This exposure cracked open my creativity and my desire to create in a way that was aligned for me.

Before this point I was just copying what other creators were doing and just adding my words, now I had a clear vision and direction of travel for my content creation purely from aligning myself with a creator that inspired me.

That's not all she did, she also made me realise and understand that I'm not a business, I'm a personal brand and those random b roll clips I was putting together didn't speak to my natural outward expression, and so they blended in with everyone else.

These two elements have completely changed what and why I create content. My content now has a signature style. My reels contain a story instead of a complication of random clips. They are not performative, they are me in my natural expression, and for me that’s a lot of contemplation which actually feels good.

Clarity Comes When You Return To Yourself

Honestly I've never felt so much clarity and lightness because for the first time in a long time my barometer is based on how the content makes me feel when I'm creating it, instead of how others feel.

After all I am a generator and a key aspect of my design is to do the things that truly light ME up not everyone else. By following my own bliss I impact others.

This has taken me almost 1 year to get to this level of clarity in business, despite knowing my human design and applying it.

This isn't because I'm slow, or because I haven't applied external strategy, it's because I've allowed my season of becoming to naturally unfold without rushing through misalignment, the discomfort of not knowing what I should do next.

I've sat with it and pulled out the wisdom to allow the next aligned step to reveal itself.

Coming Back To Your Authentic Self

This was all about a home coming back to my sense of self, my season of becoming. I can't build a brand if I’m disconnected to my authentic expression and relying on external strategy to show me what that looks like.

When you're in your own season of becoming, let it rip because you'll always find what you need in your own discomfort of growth.

If You're In Your Own Season Of Becoming

If you're feeling stuck in life, questioning your purpose, or navigating a transition in your business, this season may be guiding you toward clarity. Misalignment isn't failure, it's information. When you stop forcing external strategies and begin trusting your intuition, your authentic direction becomes clearer.

If you want to build your business in a way that feels truly aligned and like you, enrolments for becoming aligned are now open for our April 2026 start date.

This isn't about an algorithm because they change, this is about building the internal foundations of your brand from the inside out so they can be applied to any platform and are truly timeless because they are you.
